Parking brake

Always apply the parking brake before leaving the vehicle. When the parking brake is applied with the ignition key in the «ON» («On») or «START» («Starter»), the parking brake indicator light on the instrument panel comes on. Before driving, make sure the parking brake is fully released and the warning light is off.

To apply the parking brake, pull the lever all the way up.



To release the parking brake, pull the parking brake lever slightly up and press the button at the end of the handle. Then, while pressing the button, lower the lever down (pic. 1.56).
