Note. Thoroughly clean all parts. Immediately before assembly, apply engine oil to all friction surfaces. All oil seals and oil seals must be replaced with new ones during assembly.
1. Install valve spring seats.
2. Using special tool 09222-22001, install new oil seals.
Note.
- Do not use old oil seals.
- Improper installation of oil seals can lead to oil leakage.
3. Install valves, valve springs and poppets.
Note. The valve springs are installed with the enamelled side towards the poppet.
4. Using special tools (09222-28800, 09222-281000), compress the valve springs and install the crackers. Make sure the spring is securely fixed.
5. Lightly tap the protruding parts of the valves 2-3 times with a wooden hammer handle to make sure that the biscuits and plates are securely installed.
6. Install hydraulic lifters (A).
