Toothed belt tension adjustment «B»

1. Pressing the toothed belt tensioner «IN» hand in the direction of the arrow, apply pressure on the toothed belt so that its working branch is tensioned. Now tighten the bolt to secure the tensioner.

Warning. When tightening the bolt, make sure the idler pulley does not rotate with the bolt. Rotating it with the bolt will cause excessive belt tension.

2. Press on the center of the toothed belt «IN» finger to make sure its tension is at the correct level.

• Toothed belt deflection «IN» Normal - 5-7 mm.
