Auto-dimming rear view mirror with compass

The electrically operated interior rearview mirror automatically monitors the glare from the headlights of vehicles behind you. When the button is pressed and held for 3 to 6 seconds, the auto dimming function of the mirror is turned on, when the button is pressed and held again, the auto dimming function is turned off.

Compass function control

Press and release the button - the display will show the direction of the car. Pressing the button again will turn off the direction of travel indication.

Designation of indications of the direction of movement of the car:

• E - east;
• W - west;
• S - south;
• N - north.

Intermediate values (example):

• NE - northeast.

Compass setting

Press and hold the button for more than 9 s. When the compass memory is cleared, the symbol will appear on the display «WITH».

Drive the vehicle two full circles at less than 8 mph or until the direction of travel appears on the display.

If the compass setting is not completed, drive the vehicle in full circles in opposite directions.

If the compass setup is not completed after this, repeat the procedure.

Additional mirror

An additional mirror serves to facilitate communication between the front passengers and the rear passengers without having to turn around to them.

To use an additional mirror, press the panel and open the mirror. Set it to the desired position. Close the panel after use.

Attention! Do not adjust the mirror position or talk to passengers for a long time while driving. You could lose control of your vehicle, which could lead to an accident (accidents).

Parking brake

Always apply the parking brake before leaving the vehicle. When the parking brake is applied with the ignition key in the «ON» («On») or «START» («Starter»), the parking brake indicator light on the instrument panel comes on. Before driving, make sure the parking brake is fully released and the warning light is off.

To apply the parking brake, depress the parking brake pedal. To release the parking brake, depress the parking brake pedal again.

Parking brake - type A

To apply the parking brake, pull the lever all the way up.

To release the parking brake, pull the parking brake lever slightly up and press the button at the end of the handle. Then, while pressing the button, lower the lever down.

Parking brake - type B

To apply the parking brake, press the pedal.

To release the parking brake, press the pedal again.
