2. Raise the front wheels. Periodically turn on the starter for 15–20 s and at the same time turn the steering wheel from lock to lock 5–6 times at a frequency of 13 min-1.
3. Start up the engine and leave it to work on frequency of rotation of idling. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock until air bubbles disappear from the reservoir.
4. If the color of the fluid has not changed to milky white and the fluid level does not decrease, then the power steering mechanism is filled with fluid.
Attention! If the fluid level changes when the steering wheel is turned, and rises when the engine is stopped, then the air is not completely removed from the fluid. Since this may cause abnormal noise and damage to the pump, repeat the above operations.
