Body ventilation is provided by the formation of a through air flow. Fresh air enters the car through an air intake located in front of the windshield. The air flow exits through the outlet channels.
The amount of air flow is controlled by a fan.
Withdrawal
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect the air conditioner suction hose, liquid refrigerant pipe and remove the seal.
4. Disconnect 2 drive cables from the heater and one drive cable from the fan casing.
Heater: 1 - left side of the heater casing; 2 - right side of the heater casing; 3 - temperature control damper; 4 - damper for supplying air to the ventilation grilles; 5 - damper for air supply to the leg area; 6 - air supply damper to the glass; 7 - lever for driving the temperature control damper; 8 - lever for actuating the damper for supplying air to the ventilation grilles; 9 - lever for actuating the damper for supplying air to the leg area; 10 - lever for actuating the damper for supplying air to the windows; 11 - leash for the temperature control damper drive; 12 - leash for the drive of the damper for supplying air to the ventilation grilles; 13 - leash for the drive of the air supply damper to the windows; 14 - cam drive air distribution damper; 15 - heater radiator cap; 16 - heater radiator; 17 - clamp; 18 - screw; 19 - clamp; 20 - pin; 21 - spring washer; 22 - torsion spring; 23 - air intake; 24 - seal.
7. Turn out ten bolts and remove a beam of the panel of devices.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Install the pin before connecting the cables for the temperature control and air distribution dampers.
