Order of execution
1. Drain the transmission fluid from the automatic transmission.
2. Remove the oil pan.
3. Remove the oil filter.
4. Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor.
5. Press the latch and pull out the solenoid valve o-ring.
6. Remove the valve assembly, being careful not to drop it.
7. Turn the adjusting screw of the distributor so that the pressure in the line reaches the required value. Clockwise rotation of the screw leads to a decrease in pressure and, conversely, counterclockwise - to an increase. Nominal pressure: 860–900 kPa. Change in pressure when turning the screw 1 turn: 38 kPa.
8. Verify that the o-ring is installed on top of the valve body.
9. Replace the solenoid valve o-ring.
10. Install the valve body into the crankcase and insert the solenoid valve connector into the crankcase. Make sure the notched part of the connector is installed as shown in the figure.
11. Tighten the housing mounting bolts with a tightening torque of 10–12 Nm.
12. Install the oil filter.
13. Install a new oil pan gasket and oil pan.
14. Pour the required amount of transmission fluid into the automatic transmission.
15. Check the pressure in the line.
