Withdrawal
Attach the load handlers to the engine lugs and lift so that the weight of the engine is supported by the load handler.
1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a support of the engine.
2. Remove the engine support from the engine.
3. On vehicles with a manual transmission, remove the gearshift lever.
4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a transmission.
5. Remove protection of an arch of the right wheel. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission.
6. Remove the gearbox bracket.
7. Turn out the top and bottom bolts of fastening of a forward support of the engine. Remove the front engine mount.
8. Turn out a bolt and remove a back support of the engine from the bottom frame.
Installation
1. Check that the roller stopper is properly seated in the hub and does not move in it.
2. Install the roller stop.
3. Install the front motor mount at a certain angle.
- Vehicles with automatic transmission: 30±3°
- Vehicles with manual transmission: 14±3°
4. Install the rear motor mount at a certain angle.
- Vehicles with automatic transmission: 33±3°
- Vehicles with manual transmission: 20±3°
Bushing installation
- The front and rear bushings of the sub-frame must be strictly oriented.
- Make sure you install the bushings in the correct position.
1. There are 2 arrows on the top side of the front and rear cross members to indicate the position of the bushings.
2. When installing the bushings in the slots of the cross bars, align the arrows on the bushings with the direction of the side members.
Attention! Make sure the bushings are parallel to the crossbar side members. Make sure that the installation direction of the bushings does not deviate more than±3°from the direction of the side piece.
