Expansion tank

The coolant expansion tank is mounted in the engine bay on top of the left mudguard and is maintenance free. It is very important not to remove the reservoir cap until the engine has cooled down.

If it becomes necessary to replace the tank, disconnect the tank hose from the thermostat nozzle.

Detach the mount and pull out the tank along with the hose.

Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. Top up the reservoir with water or antifreeze solution to bring the fluid level above the mark «LOW».
