The oil level should be checked approximately every 1000 km. Oil consumption per 1000 km of run should be no more than 1 liter. More flow means worn valve stem seals or piston rings or oil seals.
To measure the oil level, park the vehicle on a level surface.
Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
After stopping the engine, wait for the oil to drain into the oil pan.
Remove the dipstick by wiping it with a clean cloth.
Then, inserting the probe until it stops, pull it out again. The oil level must be between the MAX and MIN·marks.
Add new oil only when the oil level approaches the minimum mark, topping up is carried out through the oil filler neck on the cylinder head.
