Disassembly
Loosen the two caliper mounting bolts.
Remove the caliper bracket.
After unscrewing the guide pin, remove the boot.
Remove the piston. To do this, place a piece of wood between the piston and the outside of the caliper body. To remove the boot and piston, direct compressed air into the hole in the brake hose.
Remove the piston boot.
Remove the O-ring with your finger.
Flush the piston and cylinder surfaces with brake fluid.
Check the removed elements for wear and damage.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
