Standard value:
- (A) 173 mm
- (IN) 1-2.5 mm
2. If any of these two sizes is not within the standard value, adjust as follows:
- 1) Turn and adjust the bolt to bring the pedal height to the standard value, and fix the bolt in this position with the locknut.
- 2) Rotate the rod so that it can be easily moved according to the position of the bolt, and fix it with the locknut.
3. After making the adjustment, check whether the free play of the clutch pedal and the distance from the upper surface of the clutch pedal pad to the passenger compartment floor (when the pedal is depressed) standard values.
Standard value:
- (WITH) 6-13mm
- (D) 90 mm
4. If the free travel of the clutch pedal and the distance from the upper surface of the clutch pedal pad to the passenger compartment floor (when the pedal is depressed) do not meet the standard, this means the presence of air in the clutch hydraulic lines, or a malfunction of the master cylinder or clutch. Bleed the hydraulic drive, disassemble and check the master cylinder and clutch.
