2. Pull the parking brake lever towards you with a force of about 196 N (20 kgf) and count the number of lever clicks.
- Parking brake lever travel (norm) - 6-7 clicks
3. If the number of teeth in the gear sector is not correct, adjust the length of the cable using the adjusting nut.
4. The indicator light should go out when the parking brake is fully released and will come on when the lever is moved one tooth. If this does not happen, replace the indicator.
5. After adjustment, make sure that the rear brakes do not stick when the parking brake is released.
