Note: Before disconnecting the hose, mark its position for reconnection.
1. Disconnect the valve vacuum hose.
2. Disconnect the valve connector.
3. Connect the vacuum pump to the valve fitting to which the hose was connected.
4. Create a Vacuum and check the operation of the valve when battery voltage is applied to the connector pins.
5. Measure the valve resistance with an ohmmeter. Rated value (at 20'C): 26 ohm (engine 1.4 l); 16 ohm (engine 1.6 l).
