Elements of the fuel supply system
1 - intake manifold; 2 - bolt, 15–20 Nm; 3 - throttle assembly; 4 - bolt, 15–20 Nm; 5 - gasket of the throttle assembly; 6 - fuel line; 7 - air chamber.
Withdrawal
1. Depressurize the fuel system before disconnecting the fuel lines, otherwise pressurized fuel will leak out of the fuel system.
Warning! Cover the connection with a towel to prevent splashing of fuel caused by residual pressure in the fuel line.
2. Remove the fuel line along with the fuel injectors.
Warning! When removing the fuel line, do not drop the fuel injectors.
Examination
1. Disconnect the connector from the fuel injector and measure the resistance between the connector pins.
Resistance: 15.9±0.35ohm
2. If the resistance value differs from the required value, replace the fuel injector.
Installation
1. Install new o-rings on the injector.
2. Lubricate the injector O-rings with fuel.
3. When installing the nozzles, turn them around the axis in one direction and the other.
4. Make sure the injectors are firmly inserted into the fuel line.
